CISCO framework
If your organization uses a CISCO framework for the client please ensure that servers and CISCO versions are up to FileMaker specifications.
The CSICO umbrella providing security within the CISCO framework needs to have the DNS used for the application installation SSL handshake whitelisted. This DNS can be provided by your IT provider or by Omda. Please ask Omda support for your specific DNS.
