Language settings. Set the default language for LinnéFiler.

Country code
Use ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code to register the country your clinic is situated in.

Date format
Sets the date format in LinnéFiler. The date can be given as YYYY-MM-DD, DD.MM.YYYY, etc.

National ID number format
Set the number format of the national ID number.

The special value "GLOBAL" is in case a clinic wants to be able to write any ID-format. This means that LinneFiler will NOT provide any controls of the ID number, and anything will be accepted.

AutoLogoutTime
Specifies after how long inactivity-time the user are being logged out.

Lock chart note time
Set a day limit for how long a chart note is allowed to be edited. After the limit has passed, it is only possible to sign/copy a chart, not to edit it anymore.

Image upload: maximum file size
The default size is 1MB (1048576 bytes) - your clinic can decide for a limit above 1 MB.

Set mature & Mature value
This setting allows you to set an automatic value for "Mature" when filling out the "Insem or inj." checkbox on the embryo work screen.

Setting: Set when the preset value should be filled out:
Choose "Yes" and it will always set the preset value as mature.
Choose "Only for ICSI" and it will set the preset value only for ICSI treamtents.
Choose "No" and no preset value will be set.

The Mature value setting sets the value you would like to be automatically set when filling out the "Insem or inj." checkbox. (Standard value is M2 if no value has been specified but "Yes" or "Only for ICCSI" have been chosen)

Allowed freeze time
Specifies the allowed freeze time of the embryos.

Embryo thaw age check
If the embryos are older than the limit above what action should be taken?
- Stop - Block attempts to start a thaw treatment.
- Ask - Ask the user if the thaw should be allowed to start even though the embryos in this particular treatment are over the set time limit.
- AlwaysAllow - Allow thaw treatments to be created without regards to if the embryos are older than the set limit.

Patient´s maximum age to thaw embryos
Please note that a storage limit for the embryo can be calculated by the woman´s age and/or the specific storage rules for embryos in your country.

Time between HCG and OPU
Specifies the time between HCG and OPU - if not specified, 36 hours is used in calculations.

Default HCG afternoon or evening
Specifies if the clinic wants HCG taken in afternoon/evening as default.

Time period to delete oocytes
Specifies the time period that the clinic are allowed to delete oocytes following OPU.

Time period to revoke destruktion
During the set time period an the action to destroy an embryo or oocyte can be revoked. Destroying an embryo or oocyte will automatically lock it from change, this setting allows you to revoke this decision and change the embryo. Therefore we recommend this setting to be no more than 24 hours.  

Allowed freeze time for sperms
Specifies the allowed freeze time for sperms.

Gestation period
Specifies the gestation time in days.

Paying part
Sets the default paying party for treatments. This setting will show if a module has been chosen to display payment information for each treatment. The default can be PUB for publicly financed treatments or PRIV for privately financed treatments. Leave this field empty for no default setting.

Days after today
This setting allows you to specify how many days into the future the schedule should show as a standard. You can still show all days by pressing a button in the planning list but this allows you to view more or less day when normally entering the planning page.

Include all in search from planning
Set an X to include all search results when searching for a patient name or social security number from planning. The default will be to filter the results in a way that does not show couples with previous relationships.

Keep first name
Set "X" to exclude the first name in the updating of patient demographics from an integrated system.

Update linked Data when creating OPU Nr
Set "X" and, when creating an OPU Nr., you will be asked if you want to reload and update the linked data from the patient component.

Reason for Destruction
Set mandatory or optional in case you want to register a reason for oocyte- or embryo-destruction.

Reason for donation to research
Set mandatory or optional in case you want to register a reason for donated to research.

Show US-field or Notefield on Stim page
The setting "US" will set the ultrasound note field as first to show when opening the stimulation protocol, the setting "Note" will set the general note field as first to show when opening the stimulation protocol

Check age of infection tests
Specifies in months how old the infection tests can be before the system alarm that they are too old.

Warning age of infection tests
Specifies in months when the system should warn for infection tests about to be expired.

Infection test to include in age check
Specifies which infection tests the clinic wants to include in the age check.

Set "X" if HBs is interpreted pos / neg
"neg" is entered if the value is below 5, if you want to display it for another value, please register it.

Sperm donor source model
Specifies if the clinic buys donor sperm from a donor bank (EXTernal) or if they use internal donors (INTernal).

Sperm donor prefix
Allows for the system to automatically set a prefix in front of any automated or manually entered donor code for internal (INT) sperm donors.

Oocyte donor prefix
Allows for the system to automatically set a prefix in front of any automated or manually entered donor code for internal (INT) oocyte donors.

Information of clinic name and adress
The clinics name and adress - used e.g in printouts.

Format of address when writing a letter to the patient /referring doctor
Specify how the header should look like.

Clear lists on startup
When checked ensures that the list views of the system are empty when starting the system.
