Translations for various labels and dialogues have been updated and corrected.

Corrected how the freeze numbers for embryos are calculated.

The prescribing doctor's name and signature are now displayed when the integration to the Swedish "Alfa E-recept" e-prescription service responds back after the creation of a prescription.

Fixed an issue with adding records in settings tables. The add record button is now visible and usable.

Fixed an issue where the unrevised ToDo:s was very time consuming to find.

Changed the behaviour of the transport code button on the partner and sperm donation workscreen to not show in the context of an anonymous donor record. This was done to safeguard from inadvertent use.

Value lists changes
The value list for selecting Doctor signature has changed from the "Doctor Ultra sound" sign to "Doctor Sign" on the stimulation page on the "Drug" tab, in the module variants TREATM_Stim_Prescription.STD and
TREATM_Stim_Prescription.LV_AVA

The same change apply in the "Stimulation and follicle count" tab where the "Signatur Dr" has been changed to the value list for "Doctor sign" instead of "Doctor Ultra sound".
