Destruction tab
To set a sperm sample as destructed or disposed, you check the box Destroyed for the sample. This is the only place where you can set this check box.
Dispose date can be set by the button Today or if you click in the field.
SpFr_Wasted_Reason
The Reason field is visible if the flag SpFr_Wasted_Reason is set in configuration document.
If used, an editable value list is used to give you a possibility to select a reason for the destruction.
