When undergoing a revision of clinic procedures you may want to use the revision component. Here you can record general remarks of the clinics procedures. In this component you will be able to enter a more thorough evaluation off incidents, corrective measures and record whether or not the measures taken were satisfactory or not. At the end of the revision, an auditor will be able to close the revision signifying that the revision has been completed.
Revision can be viewed in two work screens – list view and detailed view.
