Infertility history
In this work screen, the woman's fertility history (1) is recorded, including cyclicity (2), sex life (3), and previous treatments (5). Cause of infertility with subdiagnoses is recorded for the woman (6).
Other medical history
Medical history includes sexually transmitted diseases (14), surgery performed (9, 10) and family anamnesis (20). Other medical data can be recorded in written text (13). For donors, details about appearance and other properties can be recorded (19).
Current status
The woman's current medical status includes physical examination (8), tobacco and alcohol use (4) and BMI that is automatically calculated from height and weight (7).
Blood tests and allergies
Infection lab results (15) and hormone lab results (16), blood type (18), infection diagnoses and allergies (11). Positive infections tests also generate a warning visible to all staff, but manual warnings can also be created (17).
