Corpus Luteum side

On all stimulation screens a row for specifying the corpus luteum side can be added. This row of fields give the possibility to set the side of the corpus luteum to L or R from a editable drop down list.

See the picture for placement of the row. Blue markings signifies the row for entering the corpus luteum side.

Please choose the screens you would like the possibility to specify the corpus luteum side and ad the appropriate module variant to your configuration order.
