Patient demographics

When a new patient is registered with its personal number, the person´s information can be retrieved from an external supplier (usually it is the name, address, etc.). Additionally, it can be updated on request via a button on the patient contact page.

To integrate, your clinic needs to have an agreement with a supplier that offers demographic information. Please contact the Omda Fertility team for more information.

From version 4.8, there is a possibility to integrate with DIPS in Norway.
From version 4.13, there is a possibility to integrate with EPIC in Norway.
From version 5.1, there is a possibility to integrate with external suppliers for Swedish demographics data.

Call from LinnéFiler

The call out from LinnéFiler when the national ID for a new person in a patient couple is added or modified, is normally done via a specific key SH_PatientDemographicUpdate in Clinic Logic

The key contains the code needed to call the integration, normally via a dedicated integrations software.

This design and system design model makes it possible to add an integration to an already installed version of LinnéFiler.
