On Day 1 the calculation of Early Cleavage considers the time of insemination (IVF) or injection (ICSI). If fertilization was performed both with insemination and injection, the time of insemination is used to calculate the EC Check.
After version 5.2 this is a multimodule and is also visible on the thaw page for day 1.
