What is logged and when?

Audit trail is a security-relevant chronological set of records that provide documentary evidence of the sequence of activities that have affected a specific field. Audit trail is available for all tables that contains patient information.  Any information that is added, changed or removed is recorded together with user name and time of the event in question.

Storage of audit logs

All audits are initially stored in a buffer on the client and is then tranfered to storage in the audit log on the server. The log for audits made in a specific patient couple is stored on the "History" work screen. The full audit log for all patient couples can be accessed using a specific audit user account.
